The Ritual: Fire & Shadow is an immersive cultural experience created by Amber Circle, celebrating contemporary fire performance, gastronomy, art, wellness, music, and the rich heritage of Northern Thailand.
More than an event, it is a journey designed to inspire connection, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
Where and when is the event held?
The Ritual is held at Sense Dhara Dhevi Wellness Club, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Is the event suitable for children?
Yes. Daytime activities, artisan markets, workshops, and selected performances are suitable for families. Some evening performances and VIP experiences are designed for adult audiences.
Where can I purchase tickets and what is included?
Tickets are available exclusively through our official website. We recommend purchasing in advance, as many experiences have limited capacity.
Ticket inclusions vary by package and may include: - Festival admission and live performances - Access to artisan markets - Selected workshops and wellness activities - Dining or VIP experiences, where applicable
Can I upgrade or refund my ticket?
Ticket upgrades are available subject to availability. Please contact our team before the event, or enquire at Guest Services during the event.
Tickets are generally non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled or postponed. Please review the ticket terms and conditions before booking.
Do I need to book workshops in advance?
Yes. Workshop places are limited, and advance booking is recommended. Some workshops are included in selected ticket packages, while others require an additional purchase.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. Guests can enjoy curated local and international food, craft beverages, and premium dining experiences.
The Ritual VIP Dining Experience offers special menus, premium service, and intimate performances in an exclusive setting.
What should I wear, and can I take photographs?
Elegant casual attire and comfortable footwear are recommended. For the evening, we recommend attire suited to a premium outdoor experience.
Personal photography is welcome. Commercial photography, video filming, or drone use requires prior permission.
Is the event accessible, and what happens if it rains?
We are committed to making The Ritual accessible to all guests. Please contact us in advance if you require accessibility assistance.
The Ritual is designed to operate in a range of weather conditions. In severe weather, the schedule may be adjusted for guest safety.
